The room I got when I arrived was newly renovated and had a comfortable bed, and the restaurant offered delicious food at a fair price, with attentive staff.

Don't forget to explore Etobicoke district. Had a luxurious and neat room with great view and 2 double beds, and I couldn't ask for more. A shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets were available there.

The hotel was straightforward and the room was luxurious. The unit we got was new-fashioned with bath, the comfiest bed, for example. The service was exceptional, including a quick check-in.
The bathroom was dirty, I didn't like it.

Balanced lesser cost of out of city location against cost and time in getting to downtown Toronto. Best bus is 58 is right across from hotel connects with 37 to subway for $3.00 each way with transfer, takes less than 1 hour. Clean tidy quiet room 446, with opening window. Staff polite helpful if asked. Yuk to Perkins restaurant. Overpriced, mediocre junk stuff reconstituted egg. Why? Staff ok given situation.
Perkins Restaurant a no no for me. Far too many carbs not enough fresh foods.
